How far in advance should I place my catering order?
We recommend submitting your catering inquiry at least 48 to 72 hours in advance. For larger events or custom gelato and crepe bars, additional notice helps us prepare everything perfectly.
Do you offer gluten-free and dairy-free catering options?
Yes! We pride ourselves on offering authentic Italian gelato with dairy-free sorbetto and gluten-free choices, as well as customizable crepe options so all of your guests can indulge.
Which locations handle catering orders?
All of our locations across Toledo, Rossford, and Holland prepare catering orders fresh. Simply fill out our inquiry form, and we will route your request to the nearest Melt team.
What is the catering cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee to cover fresh ingredient preparation.
